Shipping

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Original artwork may require additional preparation time.

  • Shipping Methods: Carriers are selected based on the size, value, and destination of the artwork.

  • Domestic & International Shipping: Available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed after purchase for larger works.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.

Original Artwork

All original works are one-of-a-kind and handled with special care.

  • Each piece is hand-signed

  • A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every original artwork

  • Some works may require custom packaging or crating depending on size

You will be contacted directly if any additional shipping arrangements are needed.

Prints

Prints are produced with a focus on preserving the integrity and detail of the original artwork.

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences

  • Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine art, all sales are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of both the packaging and the artwork

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement (if applicable) or refund

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues where possible.
